La habitación tiene cerradura y dispondrás de una llave para poder cerrar tu habitación. El dúplex es súper amplio (175 m2) y dispone de todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir. ¡La terraza del Dúplex es ESPECTACULAR! El precio incluye todos los gastos + limpieza de las zonas comunes 2 veces al mes. El dúplex está a 5 minutos andando del ayuntamiento, pleno centro. Se encuentra aparcamiento fácil alrededor de la manzana: Hay aparcamiento gratuito en la calle, zona azul y también aparcamiento de pago. A 7 minutos hay un parking gratuito con muchísima capacidad. Cocina totalmente equipada con tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, cafetera italiana, horno, fogones, microondas, 2 neveras.. . 400 € + 50€ de gastos = 450€ que incluye todos los gastos + limpieza de las zonas comunes 2 veces al mes.
